At lense crafters do they clean the actual frame as well or just the lenses?

i have some gles from lense crafters and the plastic on my gles looks like its fading, im curious if taking them to lense crafters for maintenance will help at all like if theyll polish the frames or something alone those lines. if not, how could i polish them myself maybe?
