How to clean Uggs/Bearpaw boots?

My Bearpaw boots (The ugg looking ones that are sorta swady but i'm not sure if they are) are kinda dirty. I'd like to wash them but dont wanna ruin them. They are not the brown and not the like blonde light light color but they are that sandy light brownish goldening sorta color. (Sorry for my bad description) Anyway, how can i clean them without ruining them?
