Can I sell my car without the Co-Owner?

I purchased a car with my ex girlfriend but instead of me being the co-signer I am the co-owner (primary), I want to sell the car, but I no longer have contact with her. Can I sell the car without her signature on the title? If not, how can I get her name off of the title without no contact with her? I'm in Missouri if that matters.
