I dont feel comfortable around Muslims who cover their faces..?

Yesterday I was in Manchester city center and i saw at least 15 people with their face covered by a black piece of clothing and I couldnt even see their eyes on one of them. I know I should respect that they have different beliefs, but I just dont feel at ease around someone I cant look at. Am I the only person who feels like this? Am I racist?
