My baby has been congested since we brought her home from the hospital, she is now 7 months!!?

My baby has a similar issue, she is 4 montns and she sounds congested in her nose, yet she can breath out of it, and her chest sounds is clear, several docs have listened to her and said her chest was clear (she has been seen by several doctors because she was a preemie, not because of the nose issue). I also use a vaporizer in the room and will use saline and a suction bulb for her nose and do sometimes get out white mucous. I was told in the NICU sometimes it IS normal for some babies, and that her "junky" breathing could be the result of reflux, or silent reflux (where her milk will reflux while she is laying down, not enough to come out her mouth but just enough to go up the back of her throat and irritate her nasal pages). I have tried looking up info on "junky breathing" but get info on congested lungs, not just noses, maybe you will have better luck, but for now I was told to just keep doing what I have been doing: vaporizer, saline drops and bulb suction, and as long as her mucous don't turn yellow and she continues to breath through her nose things should be fine and she may outgrow it sometime because it could be the silent reflux issue.
