Could this of caused my miscarriage?

I had an abortion 3 months ago and started the birthcontrol patch. It had fallen off without my knowing and i had . I noticed and got more patches 2 days later and started again. then i went swimming and it fell off AGAIN! i had again without it and used a condom and took a emergency cont. just in case cause i didnt have an abortion for no reason! then i started birthcontrol pills that sun. im guessing i got pregnant the first time it fell off and the e.c pill wont work if your already pregnant. Could the abortion,b.c and e.c pill,smoking of caused my miscarriage?
