Help asap! Quick progressive burning rash!?

I had a cat scan with contrast material on my lungs this friday. Earlier today I started getting a burning, itchy rash on my nuckles. Now in feeling it here and there all over the body including my eyes. It feels like a severe sun burn. Could this possible be a result of an allergy to iodine? Im really concerned if i should go to the ER.. Its progressively getting worse.
