I am a victim of identity theft due to my bank (Colombia Bank) having their system hacked into and my social s

my social security number and all my personal information was lost and is being used by someone to open up fradulent accounts, including cell phone accounts, loans, credit cards and who knows..I've filed 2 police reports already and contacted any agency possible but no one will help me. I pulled my credit report and the criminal's address and phone number is given...do you think I should argue with the bank and ask to use their lawyer for free to press charges since it was their fault that their system has been broken into and cost me significant loss...someone please help me i'm running out of options
