Jewish folks? can you explain me why do many books of the hebrew bible were not acceptable ?

like macabbeus,tobiath, judith, ben sirac, eclesiastes or something like that, also the book of enoch, the book of abraham or something like that.. I am roman catholic and the first books that I mentioned are part of the catholic bible but they were rejected by jewish rabbis in jamnia according to the bible that I have because they writte in greek? is there anything wrong against judaism in these books? what about the book of enoch? is not this book about where it's mentioned where enoch was taken up to heaven?
