Need help measuring my quilting blocks?

I'm making a wedding quilt for my semester school project. The quilt will be 65" x 88" inches. I want to use about 4 large horizontal blocks and about 6 large vertical blocks. This quilt will also have about a 1 inch border around the edge of the quilt (includes the back and front of the quilt). How do I figure out the measurements for my quilting blocks. Please explain in great detail because I'm not good with math.
