What do you call this type of hair?

whenever i go to get my hair cut I bring a picture...because even if you know the name or described it everyone's idea is different...i find the stylist does a way better job when they see a picture to copy...just stick the picture in your wallet....say a girlfriend/sister/whatever gave to you...if your embarred...but it is a small price to pay to get the exact haircut you want...it looks like a very cool spiky crew...good luck ,,,it will look great :)
