Why does McCain and Palin think slandering will get them the Whitehouse?

OK, apparently the ppl who have previously responded are so out of touch. McCain is desperately trying to taint Obama's image because he is threatened by the fact that a BLACK man is ahead of him in the polls. McCain is a cynical old man who is racist... let's face it did anyone else hear him at the last debate calling Obama, "that one"? Wow talk about disrespect... McCain and his slutty sidekick Palin can forget any plans they have for this country because they ARE NOT going to win!
