Will you answer me honestly about my writing?

Poetry is the writer, nothing more, if you write it, and say it's a poem, it is, it's that simple. Looks to me like this is right from you. When I started writing, people would tell me if it doesn't rhyme it's not a poem, but none of my junk (my name for what I write) rhymes, but poetry is a form more than anything else, and this is a great poem! I call what I write poetry, because of the form, and this is a poem, don't let anybody tell you different. Good job.
