Bandeau Swimsuit?

iI'm looking for a swimsuit to buy soon. I want a tankini but the only one I've found that I liked is http://store.alloy.com/item.do?categoryID=1624&itemID=48669&sizeFilter=&colorFilter=&brandFilter= because it is long which is what I'm looking for. My only concern is the bandeau top. Normally I buy a halter one but I can't find a halter tankini that is long. I'm just wondering how the bandeau top would make my (36b) look and if it isn't a good idea to buy it or not. Would it make them look really small or would you still have ? Any advice?
