What are some of the best hair supplies and remedies?

i have dry natural curly hair thats shoulder length and i cant do anything with it. its always frizzy and poofs up at the ends. i have a chi flat iron so it cant be that. what would u suggest also when a flat iron my hair it dont stay straight for long
