What do I do with information on my "friend"?

So i like this guy (ALOT) at my school and all of the girls i hang out with at lunch know that i like him so i always talk about him. One of the girls is in his homeroom. One of my other friends, who isnt in any of my cles, was talking to the girl who is in his homeroom and the girl who is in his homeroom said to her "omg i love ____ he is so hot! and im so glad he dumped his girlfirend!" and my firned told me and i got really mad because this guy is not the guy that everybody likes kind of guy. and also because she also said to my friend "i cant believe i didnt realize before how hot he is. i guess i realized it when [me] pointed him out"!! so since my friend told me thatmy "friend" likes him, im wondering what i should do with that info?
